Radiologist Position Available

We are looking for a Radiologist to join our team at Te Whatu Ora Tairāwhiti. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnostic radiology and be able to work effectively in a small, dynamic team.

The role will involve working closely with our radiology team to provide high-quality imaging services to the community. You will interpret exams, consult with referring clinicians, and support the radiology technology staff. You will also participate in the on-call roster and contribute to the development of new imaging services.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art medical imaging research centre based at Gisborne Hospital. You will have the chance to be involved in cutting-edge research and contribute to the advancement of medical imaging in New Zealand.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications: Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) Vocational registration in the Scope of Practice of Diagnostic and interventional radiology or be an overseas trained Radiologist eligible for MCNZ registration under the Special Scope of Practice Locum Tenens category.
