Job Description

The Graduate Reporting Analyst will support our data and reporting needs within the People Analytics team at our Auckland office. This role involves developing and maintaining business intelligence reports, liaising with departments to understand their analytics requirements, and enhancing data literacy across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing Power BI reports for workforce management, employee productivity, and engagement analysis.
  • Maintain and optimize existing BI dashboards for improved performance and usability.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand their reporting and analytics requirements, particularly in people analytics and workforce data.
  • Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources and internal databases.
  • Support data validation, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reports.
  • Conduct basic reporting and data literacy training for teams.
  • Act as a key point of contact for ad-hoc reporting requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
