About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sudima Hotels. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our facilities are well-maintained and meet the high standards expected by our guests.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain the appearance and functionality of hotel facilities, including painting, repairing, and replacing fixtures and fittings
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including checks and inspections, to identify potential issues before they become major problems
* Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Office and Housekeeping, to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving
* Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and reduce costs
* Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to any issues or concerns
* Work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision, to achieve results and meet deadlines

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 1-3 years of experience in a similar maintenance role

* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
