Job Summary:

Talent Propeller Limited is a leading player in the New Zealand HVAC Mechanical industry, seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman - Project Delivery to join our team in Dunedin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC Mechanical installation, with a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in the industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality HVAC Mechanical installations to our clients, working closely with project managers to ensure successful project delivery, and leading by example through effective leadership of the HVAC Mechanical site installation team. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and company policies.

To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • A strong understanding of HVAC Mechanical installation principles
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in the HVAC Mechanical industry
  • 5 years post-trade experience in the field
  • Proven experience in supervising an HVAC Mechanical installation team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide quality HVAC Mechanical installations to clients
* Work closely with project managers to ensure successful project delivery
* Lead by example through effective leadership of the HVAC Mechanical site installation team
