About the Role

You will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and service of food to agreed standards, as well as the overall efficient and effective management of the team to ensure a quality service is provided to our residents.

Your Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include ensuring full compliance with approved Food Control Plans, complying with all food safety requirements, maintaining high levels of hygiene at all times, and preparing and cooking set meals to residents' satisfaction in a timely manner.

About You

">

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in managing a successful team in a similar environment. You will possess excellent time management skills, the ability to empower your team by passing on culinary knowledge, and a sound understanding of Food Safety Plans. A Chef qualification is preferred.
