Intensive Care Specialist Wanted in Palmerston North

We are seeking an experienced Intensive Care Specialist to join our team at Palmerston North Hospital. Our ICU team provides high-quality intensive care services to patients from across the Manawatu, Horowhenua and Tararua regions.
The ICU at Palmerston North Hospital is a Level 2 unit, accredited by CICM and ANZCA. We have a mixed unit admitting medical, surgical, trauma and paediatric patients. Our ICU functions as a closed unit, with consultants responsible for management decisions. The unit has 6 beds with a mix of HDU and ICU-level patients. We are currently expanding our capacity to 8 beds.
The ideal candidate will have Fellowship of the College of Intensive Care Medicine (FCICM) or equivalent, and experience in intensive care. They will also be eligible for registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand. As an Intensive Care Specialist, you will work closely with our dynamic and supportive team to provide exceptional patient care.
