About the Job- You'll work closely with our leaders to develop and implement strategies to improve our safety and wellbeing culture.
- As the primary point of contact for all health and safety matters, you'll provide expert advice and guidance on compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- You'll lead the development of training programs, risk assessments, and incident response procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- A strong background in health and safety, preferably with a Level 4+ qualification.
- Proven experience in leading health and safety initiatives, with a track record of improving safety performance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvement.
