We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team as a Resident Medical Officer Recruiter. As a key member of our RMO unit, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing doctors in hospitals and healthcare facilities.
Job Description
Your primary focus will be on managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying qualified RMOs, coordinating interviews, handling compliance and credentialing, and negotiating contracts. You will work closely with our medical staffing teams and hospital administrators to ensure seamless placement of doctors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of applications, excellent administrative support, communication, and organisational skills. Experience in project management and data analysis will be highly valued. Previous experience in similar roles is desirable, as well as experience working with Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles.
