About the Role
As a Care and Protection Social Worker, you will join our Intensive Case Management team in Hamilton, supporting our work and contributing to creating a positive impact on the lives of our young people.
Social Worker Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver social work services that promote the safety, wellbeing, and reduction of offending among rangataki.
- Support engagement with whānau to build strong relationships and provide holistic support.
- Contribute to creating a culture of care and support within a therapeutic environment that is relational, restorative, and inclusive.
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A full, clean New Zealand driver's license.
- A Social Work qualification recognized by New Zealand's Social Worker Registration Board (SWRB).
- Provisional or Full registration with SWRB.

The annual remuneration for this position starts between $81,206 and $97,557, dependent on experience.
