About the Role:
We are looking for a caring and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Jane Winstone Retirement Village. As a Ryman nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents and supporting them to live their best lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care to residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences
- Develop and implement care plans that promote resident independence and well-being
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and address any concerns or issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and research, applying this knowledge to improve resident outcomes
- Support the Clinical Manager and Unit Coordinators to achieve excellence in care delivery
