As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and revenue for our organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the full sales cycle for our Managed Service offerings, from initial contact through to conversion and onboarding.
**Key Responsibilities**
You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective customers, quickly building rapport to understand their business needs, and effectively articulating our value proposition and how our services can assist them. You will present to prospective clients, confidently and clearly articulating complex solutions and their associated benefits.
You will seek to partner with customers, leading the wider team to tailor technology and services solutions to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience within a similar sales role focused on selling complex solutions, as well as experience in IT managed services and/or a technology background.
A strong analytical mind, combined with excellent negotiation, planning, forecasting, and pipeline management skills, is essential for this role. A positive attitude, resilient and tenacious approach, and the ambition to succeed are must-haves for this position.
