About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our casual sales team at Mountain Warehouse Ltd. As a sales assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and contributing to the success of our stores.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with their queries and providing expert advice on our products
  • Maintaining high levels of store standards, including visual merchandising and housekeeping
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Availability between Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm (flexible hours may be available)
  • Physical strength and ability to lift boxes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
