**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Coordinator to join our team at ProCare. As a Healthcare Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practices, from patient flow to staff management.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to improve patient flow and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with practice teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Monitor and analyze data to inform practice decisions and optimize resource allocation

**Requirements**

  • Must have experience or a qualification within a New Zealand healthcare setting (ideally Primary care)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive change
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
