Territory Business Development Manager

This exciting opportunity has arisen due to internal promotion, allowing a unique chance to join our high-performing NZ wound care team. As a Territory Manager, NZ, you will be responsible for achieving territory sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service in the hospital sector.
Key Accountabilities- Develop and maintain opportunities and key account management plans for selected products using available tools.
- Be accountable for implementing marketing and channel strategies.
- E nsure that all territory planning activities help drive the correct actions to maximize the return on investment as per the playbook.
- In line with KPIs, spend a minimum of 80% of the working week in focus and optimize accounts.
- Monitor territory sales progression to targets and initiate corrective action where appropriate.
- Tertiary qualifications in science or business-related disciplines are well regarded.
- Proven experience in medical sales, especially in the hospital sector, influencing healthcare professionals relevant to the portfolio.
- Good understanding of the New Zealand public and private healthcare system.
- Travel requirements approximately 30% depending on business needs.
