About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen due to internal promotion, allowing a unique chance to join our high-performing NZ wound care team. As a Territory Manager, NZ, you will be responsible for achieving territory sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service in the hospital sector.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Develop and maintain opportunities and key account management plans for selected products using available tools.
  2. Be accountable for implementing marketing and channel strategies.
  3. E nsure that all territory planning activities help drive the correct actions to maximize the return on investment as per the playbook.
  4. In line with KPIs, spend a minimum of 80% of the working week in focus and optimize accounts.
  5. Monitor territory sales progression to targets and initiate corrective action where appropriate.
Requirements
  1. Tertiary qualifications in science or business-related disciplines are well regarded.
  2. Proven experience in medical sales, especially in the hospital sector, influencing healthcare professionals relevant to the portfolio.
  3. Good understanding of the New Zealand public and private healthcare system.
  4. Travel requirements approximately 30% depending on business needs.
