Job Description
As a Senior Product Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the implementation of our future core banking platform. You will be responsible for leading the Core Migration program, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall objectives and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with other product leads and managers to plan and manage dependencies.
• Clear roadblocks to success and make progress visible. Identify opportunities to escalate effectively.
• Maintain a high-quality backlog, collaborate with product managers to develop and define roadmaps, and define metrics to support decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Experienced product leader with a strong background in platform management and successful product development.
• Ability to think strategically and at a detailed level to cope with business and technology complexity.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where change is embraced and encouraged.
