Job Summary

  • Support the Procure-to-Pay process efficiency project
  • Conduct and support procurement sourcing activities
  • Maintain procurement data in Contract Management Systems (CMS) and electronic documents management system
  • Assist with providing contracting and procurement support to stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders by providing accurate and timely procurement advice
  • Support various business units with processing invoices and PO's
  • Monitor compliance with panel rules and prepare reports and analysis of contractor performance

Requirements

  • SAP experience is essential
  • 2-3 years of Procurement administration/coordination experience
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related discipline
  • A can-do attitude with the willingness to learn and evolve
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence and engage stakeholders of all levels
