- Proven track record as a Leadership mentor or coach.
- Ability to provide feedback on leadership practice; having brave conversations.
- Solid experience in the people space – ideally including experience working on leadership development; culture; talent sourcing; capability building and teamwork.
- Ability to partner with all levels of the organisation through great relationships.
- Sound strategist with an innovative angle – able to develop future focused strategies in the people space.
