Key Accountabilities

As an Organizational Excellence Partner, you bring a wealth of experience in leadership mentoring or coaching. Your ability to provide feedback on leadership practice is unparalleled - you're not afraid to have brave conversations or provide in-the-moment coaching.

  • Proven track record as a Leadership mentor or coach.
  • Ability to provide feedback on leadership practice; having brave conversations.
  • Solid experience in the people space – ideally including experience working on leadership development; culture; talent sourcing; capability building and teamwork.
  • Ability to partner with all levels of the organisation through great relationships.
  • Sound strategist with an innovative angle – able to develop future focused strategies in the people space.
