About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Professional to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete all cleaning tasks to the highest standards, adhering to our hotel's policies and procedures.
  • Ensure guests' privacy is protected during service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guests' requests and offering assistance when needed.
  • Clean and replenish supplies for guestrooms according to standards and procedures.
  • Perform turndown service when required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school graduate and attended skills training school.
  • Experience in the Housekeeping department is an advantage.
  • English literacy to meet business needs.
  • Good knowledge of housekeeping's daily operations on guest floors.
  • Flexibility with working hours, able to work morning/evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
