About the PositionThis is a full-time, permanent position based in Tauranga with the ability to travel to other Finesse locations. The successful candidate will be a Painter/Plasterer with a minimum of 3 years experience in the trade.
Key Responsibilities- Erect scaffolding and ladders, and placing and securing drop sheets in and around the work area.
- Prepare all work surfaces for finishing work by stripping old paint and wallpaper away, fixing up any damaged woodwork, walls and floors by filling or plastering holes and cracks and sealing surfaces.
- Ensure all work surfaces are smooth and level.
- Apply paints, varnishes and stains and other required products to the work surfaces using brushes, rollers and sprayers.
- Ensure all equipment and work areas are left clean.
- Stop new gib, and skim walls.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in the trade.
- A clean FULL license, current Site Safe Passport, and ability to pass random drug and alcohol testing.
- Ability to undergo a Criminal Conviction History Check.
