Orthopaedic Surgeon Position in Palmerston North

Cgr Services is seeking a highly skilled Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our team at Palmerston North Hospital. We are committed to providing high-quality patient care and promoting excellence in surgical services.
The successful candidate will have expertise in advanced orthopaedic surgery, including spinal surgery, hand surgery, and complex joint replacement and revision surgery. You will also be able to provide general orthopaedic and trauma surgery services, as well as participate in the on-call roster and contribute to the management of acute presentations.
In this role, you will work closely with our experienced team of seven orthopaedic specialists, medical officers, registrars, and house officers to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. Our region offers a unique blend of work, rest, and play opportunities, with access to beaches, ski fields, wineries, and stunning scenery.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic surgeon who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and contributing to our team's success. To be eligible for this position, you must hold FRACS Orthopaedic or equivalent qualifications and be eligible for vocational registration in Orthopaedic Surgery with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
