We are seeking a skilled Trade Counter Sales Associate to join our team at the Trade Counter and Showroom. As the first point of contact, you will build and maintain effective relationships with customers by offering product support and technical information. Your responsibilities will include processing sales at the Trade Counter, merchandising, and running in-store promotions. You will also assist customers with returns or repairs and monitor inventory and cycle counts. This is a permanent part-time role working Saturday 7am-1pm, with the option to work additional hours during weekdays.
About You
To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for creating long-lasting customer relationships and experience in a customer service and/or retail sales environment. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build rapport with people from all ages and backgrounds, and a motivated, self-driven approach are essential.
