Job Description:

As a Project Management Lead at Alfa Laval CorHex Ltd., you will lead, manage, and coordinate all phases of project orders from initiation to completion. You will oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management, acting as the primary point of contact for sales and engineering teams, external providers, and clients.

You will monitor and report on project progress, performance, and potential issues to stakeholders, responsible for the result and successful completion of project milestones.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
  2. PMP certification or similar project management credentials preferred.
  3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on pressure vessel projects.
  4. Proven experience in leading a project management team.
  5. Strong working knowledge of pressure vessel design, fabrication, and industry standards (e.g., ASME).
  6. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

About Your Role:

This role is part of our expanding team in Gimhae, South Korea, where we manufacture compact high-pressure diffusion welded Printed Circuit Heat Exchangers. As a key member of our global engineering centre of excellence serving our developing Energy and Marine business, you will contribute to shaping a more resourceful, less wasteful world.
