At Waikato Horticultural Services Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Machinery Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of our orchard machinery.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in agriculture or horticulture, with experience in operating and maintaining complex machinery. A current driver's license and excellent communication skills are also essential.

In this role, you will be working independently to achieve goals, with a strong focus on multitasking and meeting deadlines. You will also be responsible for completing repair work, assisting in the procurement of new machinery, and ensuring the highest quality of work possible.

We are looking for someone with a strong desire to grow their knowledge and skills in the horticulture/agriculture machinery industry. Key attributes include:
