Job DescriptionRole Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Palliative Care Facilitator for 32 hours per week. The successful candidate will have opportunities to learn and develop their skills in palliative care and aged care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality palliative care services to patients and their families.
  2. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with primary providers of palliative care and aged care.
Requirements
  • Registration with the New Zealand Nursing Council.
  • A minimum of 5 years post-registration experience.
  • Strong clinical skills, particularly in palliative care.
  • An interest in teaching and mentoring.
