Job Overview

Kraft Heinz is seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our site leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end management of storage and related operations for the entire Hastings site.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage Frozen Distribution and ambient warehouses in compliance with site policies and objectives.
  • Oversee receiving, storage, and material transfer operations.
  • Align raw material and packaging storage with efficient space utilisation best practice.
  • Support incoming and warehouse teams to meet daily objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Warehouse & Materials Manager, MPI Auditors, Warehouse and Distribution Team, Factory Team, and local suppliers.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • Hands-on experience with WMS and databases.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A strong planner and organiser.
  • Forklift license with F Endorsement.
