The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Big Box retail store management, excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, and a demonstrated commitment to Health and Safety.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • To manage and maintain accurate stock levels, merchandise, and visual displays.
  • To identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • To coach and train staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • To maintain high levels of health and safety awareness within the store environment.

What You'll Need:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Big Box retail store management.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to Health and Safety in the workplace.
  • Ability to work one day in the weekend as Duty Manager and flexibility to match trading hours.
