About You
Some of the skills we are looking for in our ideal candidate are:
- Significant clinical experience: you must be a registered health professional with a current APC
- Solid experience in Project Management, a relevant qualification would be desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to successfully engage with a range of stakeholder groups
- The ability to review complex documents to pull out relevant information and potential risks
- The ability to effectively operate in an often-ambiguous environment
- Confidence to build successful working relationships with those around you, the ability to work independently or within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Confidence with Te Ao Māori, tikanga, and Te Reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth
