Job Description: Application Analyst I

This exciting opportunity is part of our Epic Applications Team, focused on delivering seamless experiences for patients and providers alike. As an Application Analyst I, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing first-tier support to application users, answering questions and resolving issues in person, via phone or electronically.
  • Troubleshooting operational workflows impacting providers, patients, and end-users, serving as a liaison between the end-user and application analysts.
  • Participating in testing activities, executing test scripts, and documenting test scripts.
  • Demonstrating exceptional customer service orientation and ability to interact well with diverse end-users, physicians, and IT staff.
  • Becoming a Patient Champion by prioritizing the patient experience in all interactions.
  • Embodying an Organization Champion mindset, sharing ideas and best practices to improve internal processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We seek candidates with:

  • 0-2 years' work-related experience with front-end registration and scheduling workflows.
  • Experience with Epic Registration, Scheduling, and/or Referrals & Authorizations workflows.
  • Healthcare experience in a hospital, medical practice, or health system preferred.
