Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Parts Interpreter to join our team as the 2IC to the Branch Manager. This role involves providing guidance and support to the internal sales team while interacting with customers through various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Providing guidance and support to the internal sales team
- Customer interaction through email, phone, and counter sales
- Identifying and interpreting industrial and agricultural automotive parts
- Order entry and processing
- Communicating order status, pricing, and product information to customers
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong passion for the automotive industry
- Team leadership experience or senior parts interpretation expertise
- Proficiency in using automotive parts catalogs and identification tools
- A results-driven approach with excellent customer service skills
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to learn our ERP system and online webshop
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
