The Utility Customer Experience Lead position at Yü Group offers a unique opportunity to work with our team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a member of our operations department, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a 'Can-do' attitude and transferable skills with a growth mindset. This will enable you to build strong relationships with other teams across the business, both internally and with external clients.

Your main responsibilities will include maintaining continuity by documenting and communicating required actions to management, identifying irregularities in processes, and shaping continuing needs. Additionally, you will liaise with non-customer and customer-facing teams to handle complex enquiries and resolve them with/for the customer.
