Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Regional Partnership Development Manager to join our team in the East Coast region. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partner go-to-market strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our presence in the US East Coast market.
You will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, Operations, and leadership teams to align sales and go-to-market efforts with our product, technical, and sales development initiatives. Your key tasks will include:
- Identifying and activating high-value partners in the region
- Developing and executing partner capabilities, co-sell motions, and brand awareness initiatives
- Establishing strong executive relationships to create partnership business plans
- Managing pipeline and revenue commitments
- Collaborating across Grafana Labs to provide input on message alignment, operational coordination, and evangelism of the partner strategy and program
This role requires 10+ years of experience in channel sales, with a proven track record of achieving consistent goal achievement at high-growth startups. You should have experience selling SaaS and/or open source technology, as well as a consultative sales approach with a focus on maintaining exceptional customer, partner, and community satisfaction.
