The Position

We seek a highly skilled Beverage Specialist to join our casual team at one of our villages. As a key member of the café team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service, promoting a welcoming and caring atmosphere at the village.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in the café
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment at the village
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the café
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve seamless service delivery

About You

To excel in this role, you will possess:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role (desired but not essential)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Outstanding communication and multitasking abilities
• A reliable, friendly, and professional attitude with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment
