"We are seeking a motivated and organized Reception and Administration Manager to join our team in Wellington. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing referrals, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with clinicians, taking payments, making bookings, and ensuring client payments are up to date.

Essential Skills

You will have administration experience, a great phone manner, and be customer focused, empathetic, and a natural problem solver. IT savvy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly is essential. A background in health would be beneficial.
