About the Position
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in the ID Forensic Services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing support services to clients with intellectual disabilities, utilizing your exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work under direction and independently.

Your responsibilities will include facilitating activities and projects with clients, such as crafting, gardening, and carpentry, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and rehabilitation services.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, flexible, and able to adapt to changing situations. If you possess excellent time management skills, a strong commitment to cultural safety, and a willingness to learn and grow, we would love to hear from you.

About the Team
The ID Forensic Services team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and rehabilitation services that promote the well-being and independence of our clients. Key Requirements
* Minimum of Level 4 NZQA National Certificate in Community Health Support Services (or equivalent qualification)
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under direction and independently in a culturally safe manner
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Basic group facilitation and problem-solving skills
* Ability to pass a Police check and hold a full NZ driver's licence
