Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food Technologist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development, testing, and improvement of our health supplements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new health supplement formulations and improve existing products.
  • Conduct research on new ingredients, technologies, and trends in the health supplement industry.
  • Perform product testing and analysis to ensure quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with contract manufacturers to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure product consistency.
  • Oversee the quality control procedures and ensure all products meet the highest standards of safety and efficacy.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including product specifications, ingredient lists, and safety data sheets.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and standards, ensuring all products are compliant.
  • Assist in the development of packaging and labeling that meets regulatory requirements and market trends.
  • Provide technical support and training to sales and marketing teams.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in food technology or a similar role, preferably in the health supplement industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
  • Proficient in product development and formulation techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for health and wellness products.
