Key Responsibilities- Promote and offer support to whānau to increase control over and improve their health across the continuum of mental health & addictions, physical health, and social wellbeing.
- Collaborate with other health professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
- Registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand as a Registered Nurse and hold a current Practising Certificate.
- Experience working within a Māori organisation/content and meeting the tikanga/kawa requirements.
- A high standard of professionalism and work ethic.
- Outstanding motivational and communication skills.
- An ability to contribute positively within a team.
