  • Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience
  • Knowledge and experience of developing and leading health and social care services and delivering high-performance standards
  • Significant experience of leading teams working with individuals involved with the criminal justice system
  • Able to lead, inspire, and develop a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to use common MS Office applications
