We are seeking a Dealership Expansion Specialist to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving growth by selling the LoJack solution to top 50 National Dealer Groups. As a key member of our sales team, you will leverage your sales expertise, in-depth knowledge of the LoJack product, and collaborate with sales, service, and marketing teams to acquire new business.

The Role

In this highly competitive and dynamic environment, you will build and maintain relationships with targeted dealer groups, including partnering with C-suite executives, to drive sales and exceed monthly goals. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience from sales to onboarding and throughout the account's lifespan. Your ability to foster adoption of LoJack across all departments and stakeholders through value selling will be critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with targeted dealer groups
  • Partner with C-suite executives to drive sales and exceed monthly goals
  • Demonstrate an exceptional customer experience from sales to onboarding and throughout the account's lifespan
  • Foster adoption of LoJack across all departments and stakeholders through value selling
  • Manage assigned and sold accounts through Quarterly Business Reviews and corporate relationships
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to document and drive the sales process, create compelling presentations, proposals, and sales contracts

Requirements

  • Experience with large dealer groups at the corporate and store level
  • High school diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of car deal structure from front to back
  • Able to develop product knowledge quickly and articulate how product impacts each department in the dealership
  • Successful track record of sales results, quota attainment, and raising the level of performance for those around you
  • Proficient in technology/tools to drive the sales process: Salesforce, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom.com, LinkedIn, etc.
