We're seeking an expert in public sector transformation to join our Organisational Design team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing advice and support to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality organisational change initiatives.

Key responsibilities include working closely with senior leaders to scope, design, plan, and deliver organisational change aligned to the Ministry's framework.
