We build bespoke software using modern technologies and are committed to helping our clients flourish with smart solutions to solve their business needs. Our Customer Success Team ensures that the solutions we build and support provide ongoing support to our customers' businesses.
You will support specialist technical consulting, systems design, implementation, and support services to internal Provoke business units and external clients across a range of exciting products and technologies. Your expertise will be invaluable in solving problems, working through complex technical issues, and providing technical fault analysis and troubleshooting.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- a tertiary certification in a relevant discipline
- expertise in at least one of the following: Azure, DevOps, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Software Development, or SQL Server
- familiarity with Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions
- experience working in a helpdesk or support role
- an understanding of Engineering Methodology including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as code (Azure DevOps)
