About the Position
We are seeking a Digital Product Architect - Marine Industry to join our dynamic team at Brunswick Marine In Emea. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge digital systems for the marine industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop new product architectures that integrate thermal management, DFM, and DFA principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new products on time, on budget, and on spec.
- Provide timely support to Navico and ODM factories for existing products, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
- Maintain an effective development framework, identify process improvements, and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product design with a strong background in mechanical engineering.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as CAD, PDM, and Analysis.
- Substantial experience with product testing and environmental verification, particularly in harsh environments.
- Exceptional design and technical skills, with a passion for innovation and collaboration.
