The Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager, Geostatistics & Data Science, to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing geostatistics and data science capabilities, leveraging state-of-the-art Seequent desktop and cloud assets to improve subsurface modelling practices.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Cultivating expert-level understanding of customer needs, identifying opportunities, and co-creating product vision and goals.
- Establishing yourself as the product expert in Geostatistics and Data Science.
- Leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to determine improvements to existing products and new opportunities.
- Solidifying your position as a key figure in Seequent's geostatistics and data science capabilities.
- Leading the search for new product value through stakeholder engagement and user/customer collaboration.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 5 years of industry experience in mineral resource estimation.
- Advanced geostatistical skills, including Python coding and SDK/API usage.
- Experience with Seequent's Geostatistical solutions or equivalent products.
- Expert knowledge of the value proposition and key workflows of Geostatistics & Data Science.
- A proven ability to analyse market, product usage, and customer success data.
