Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers and make recommendations.
  • Respond to and process a wide range of enquiries, including bookings and group requests.
  • Communicate timetable changes, service disruptions, refunds, and letters of credit.
Requirements
  • Experience with Microsoft software packages and a high level of comfort with technology.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Resilience and patience in dealing with challenging customer queries.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to look at all possible solutions for customers.
Work Environment

This position involves shift work and a requirement to work Monday to Sunday on a rotating rostered basis between the hours of 7 am and 7 pm. This includes public holidays.
