The Opportunity: Te Puna Aonui is seeking a fixed-term Senior Advisor, Strategy, Investment & Performance to join a new multi-disciplinary team. This role will be dedicated to supporting the development of a performance, monitoring and reporting approach. You will work closely with the Outcomes and Insights Team, project leads, and agencies to understand their contribution to the performance management approach.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of a performance, monitoring and reporting approach.
  • Design a framework, metrics, systems and processes to enable robust performance management.
  • Develop sound performance indicators; a reporting schedule; prepare reporting tools; and establish information and evidence gathering systems for effective monitoring.
