The Role
We are seeking an experienced Training and Operations Specialist to join our team. In this fixed-term role, you will provide training development and delivery services for Collection Operations, including the Future Census. Your focus will be on supporting our multimodal frontline Data Collection teams to achieve the best possible outcomes for our customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide training development and delivery services for Collection Operations
- Support our multimodal frontline Data Collection teams to achieve the best possible outcomes
- Drive change, innovate, and continuously improve training processes
- Build and coach high-performing teams
Requirements
- A relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years' experience leading a team of Training and Development practitioners
- 7+ years' experience in workplace adult education, training, and development
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles
- Experience in training package development, instructional design, and blended learning methodologies
