Job Description
This position involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to our residents. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing personal care, responding to resident requests, maintaining healthcare records, and assisting with handovers. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 4 (or equivalent). Alternatively, you may have a Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification and 3 years of relevant experience. Good people skills, empathy for residents and their families, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
