At C3 Limited, we're a market leader in New Zealand's port related product and cargo handling, providing solutions to our clients' transport and logistics needs by employing over 1200 staff across 11 locations.

We're currently seeking reliable and experienced operators for heavy forestry machinery at our Mount Maunganui branch. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Wagner's, high stackers and pivot steer heavy machinery in a port environment, loading/unloading logging trucks/rail wagons and stacking logs ready for loading onto log vessels.

This role involves flexibility with working hours as there are various shifts required to cover the operation, including nights and weekends. While prior experience in a port environment and/or forestry industry would be beneficial, training can be provided for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Operating pivot steer log loaders & high stackers
  • Holding a minimum Class 1 licence with W endorsement
  • Maintaining a strong focus on Health and Safety
  • Meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrating flexibility and reliability
  • Fostering a positive approach towards teamwork

Candidates may be required to participate in a practical pre-employment assessment as part of the selection process.
