Full Stack Developer with AI Strategy Expertise

The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to join our team at MyHR. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for interpreting requirements from our product team and working on new features from design through to implementation.
You will have the opportunity to pioneer our AI strategy, shape the future of HR tech, and watch your innovations come to life.
Your Profile
You will be a seasoned pro with a minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in a full stack and/or DevOps role.
A desire to learn and a passion for development are essential. Excellent communication and self-organisation skills are also needed.
- Interpret requirements from our product team and work on new features from design through to implementation.
- Help move forward and execute our newly developed AI strategy.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Mentor junior developers on best practices, coding standards, and software development principles.
- Help manage our growing AWS cloud infrastructure using Pulumi IAC.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance.
- Identify potential performance and scalability issues early.
- Triage support issues as they come up.
Key Skills
Solid written and verbal communication.

Typescript (Node.js) or similar programming experience.
You know your way around a SQL query.
