Job Title: Landscape Foreman

Description:

As a Landscape Foreman, you will play a key role in leading a small team in the construction of beautiful gardens. Your responsibilities will include managing projects independently from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results and meeting scheduled targets.

We welcome candidates with a full clean driving licence, positive mindset, and good digger skills. Knowledge of horticulture and landscaping qualifications is highly regarded, but not essential for an experienced candidate.

In this role, you will also be required to:

  1. Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
  2. Motivate your team to meet deadlines and achieve high standards.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients and management, providing updates and solutions as needed.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, sharing your expertise with colleagues.
