Your Role

As the Organisational Culture and Capability Advisor, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing organisational development strategies that align with our culture, values, and goals. You will collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to enhance people capability, improve the employee experience, and support the achievement of our strategic objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver organisational development programmes that focus on culture, diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
  • Work with internal teams and stakeholders to assess organisational needs and recommend tailored organisational development solutions.
  • Manage organisational development projects, including business case preparation, project planning, risk assessment, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of organisational development programmes and integrate feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Use best practice change leadership and management techniques to help embed organisational frameworks and initiatives.

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in organisational development, psychology, human resources, or a related field (project management qualifications are a bonus).
  • Proven experience in organisational development within a large and complex organisation.
  • Expertise in facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and embedding cultural change.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and an analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Proactive and innovative with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, able to navigate varying work styles and situations effectively.
